March 22nd-26th in Rincon, Puerto Rico

Paddle Diva's SUP vacations offer adventure paddles, jungle walks and yoga! Join Gina Bradley, founder of Paddle Diva and Janet Meredith founder of Twisted Yoga on an adventure in Rincon that will take advantage of all the area has to offer. This four day SUP retreat will offer something for everyone! We promise to keep you active and healthful on your vacation while also allowing for some much needed down time on Rincon's famous surfing beaches. Each day we will have an adventure activity, beach time/free time and sunset happy hour at ocean front locations! Adventure activities may include: a hike to a secret water fall, stand up paddling along the beaches of Rincon, runs/powerwalks through the dense jungles of Rincon!

Surrounded by water on three sides, Rincon is a natural and authentic seaside paradise. Warm days, cool nights in Rincon afford visitors an experience in real island living with beautiful quiet beaches set around a 240 year-old town. For those who want to pamper themselves, we can arrange for affordable deep tissue massages, facials and Thai-massages right in your room or on the decks of our private house..

Our SUP retreats offer local fresh food, prepared by our own in-house chef.

Meals

Highly nutritious and delicious breakfasts will be prepared daily and will feature granola, local fruits and pastries. Dinners

are included (Except the one meal out), expertly prepared by our private chef and we source our ingredients from local purveyors and organic farmers. We will enjoy these meals as a group at the Casa Azul House.

Accommodations

Casa Azul features the best views in Rincon. From the private 5 bedroom house you can see the ocean, the beaches and inland over the town of Rincon. It is a privately owned house, with all new construction and beautiful furnishings plus great indoor and outdoor spaces. The house is situated on top of a hill and is a short walk the wonderful Puntas Bakery and about a ten minute walk to Pools Beach, or a quick drive to many great beach spots. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, walk in closet, and beds with very comfortable mattresses and sheets.

Rates
Rates for our four day SUP retreat is $1000 based on double occupancy. Single occupancy rate is $1250 with a shared bath. Deluxe single with a private bath is $1550. Flights are not included. These retreats have become very popular so early registration is recommended. A non-refundable $400 deposit secures your place on this retreat. Two weeks prior to retreat, full payment is required and no refunds are given for cancellations once trip is paid in full.

Reservations & Flights Three hours from New York , 90 Minutes from Fort Lauderdale

We recommend: March 22^nd Thursday morning flight on Jet Blue: JFK to Aguadilla, Puerto Rico at 5:45 AM and the return flight on Monday Aguadilla to JFK at 11:10.

From Fort Lauderdale: We recommend arriving the night prior as there is a two hour car ride from San Juan to Rincon. We recommend: Fort Lauderdale to San Juan at 8:10 PM and the retrun flight on Monday at 11:55.
