Power Up on a SUP

Head to toe fitness with Paddle Diva's SUP workout!

Join one of our Diva qualifed instructors: Gina, Jennifer or Shari on a group paddle tour/workout that gets you out of the gym and into nature!   We'll start with a warm-up paddle and upper body strengthening moves, followed by a combination of sprints, 3-minute power paddles and exercises done on the board meant to target each muscle group (legs, back, abs/core, etc.).  We'll power paddle back to shore and complete the circuit with yoga stretches. (For those interested in adding on a half-mile run or quarter-mile swim, we're up for that, too! Just bring your gear!)  Time: 1.5 hours.  Fitness and fun guaranteed!

Summer Schedule 2012:

10:00-11:30 Muscle up Monday with Gina
10:00-11:30 Work Out Wednesday with Jennifer
10:00-11:30 Fun Fitness Friday with Jennifer

Costs:

$60 for drop-in, we supply the board you bring the power
$25 for a drop-in with your own board
$50 if you buy a 10 class card, $55 if you buy a 5 class card
