Paddle Fit Program

This 90 minute class is a must for anyone who is dedicated to being a strong athlete on the water or on land. SUP fitness is a great way to improve your strength for surfing, running, swimming and SUP racing. This program will ensure SUPers perfect their stroke technique, board skills and will take our participant’s paddling to the next level. Led by paddle and fitness professionals Scott Bradley and Ed Cashin will have you in optimal shape for race day or any day you want to get out on the bay or ocean.
